Broker Tour Highlights: Views, Style, and a Stairway Crush
Broker tour was a blast this week! I had the chance to explore some truly stunning homes in Oakland, Berkeley and El Cerrito, and the variety of architecture and views did not disappoint.
Top pick? A mid-century modern masterpiece in El Cerrito, designed by the iconic duo Campbell and Wong. This home checks all the boxes: single-level living, a sparkling pool, and solar power for sustainable style. It’s the kind of place that feels both timeless and totally livable.

Honorable mentions:
- A Yosemite home designed by Carlton Steiner that feels like it’s tucked inside a luxurious park — serene, green, and full of character.
- A Spanish Colonial Revival on Grizzly Peak, with classic curves, warm textures, and that old-world charm that never goes out of style.

And I have to confess… I’ve got a thing for stairways. Whether it’s a dramatic floating staircase or a cozy tucked-away nook or art deco, they always catch my eye. 😍
