We loved working with Pam. I think she loves houses and enjoys working with people, because she was so easy to work with. She really paid attention to what we did and didn't want in a house. She knows East Bay neighborhoods really well, which helped because we were looking all over (Alameda and Contra Costa counties).  She is completely honest and right away pointed out good and bad aspects of a house, so she didn't gloss over flaws to try to "sell us" on properties.  Totally up front and 100% looking out for us and wanted us to be happy. Best Realtor in the UNIVERSE!!! We've bought a few properties in the past in other states and those realtors were so-so but I honestly didn't see a lot of value in even having a realtor. Until we met Pam!!! She stuck with us trying to buy during the housing crash then finally now when we're able to buy, she helped us find something we could actually afford. She was tireless in showing us places, did all the footwork, assisted us in endlessly analyzing the pros/cons of each place and then she was like a bulldog negotiating for us while also being realistic about the market. She's super responsive and thinks of all the steps in advance and lays them out for you in detail. She follows up and never lets things fall through the cracks. She saw our whole process through even aspects she doesn't technically have to handle. Cannot recommend her highly enough!!! Will never buy another property here without her help!! We love Pam!!! As first time home buyer i did not know much of real estate. Pamela took the time to sit down with me and explain how the process works and talk about my likes and dislikes of homes so she could narrow the search to my perfect dream home. Since the first meeting with pamela my phone would ring with emails text and calls from her and emails with homes that just recently show up on the market. She was always keeping in contact with me. it felt good knowing i had someone with years of experience guiding me through this process.
